This is the original Mitglieds-Ausweis für den Bund deutscher Mädel or BdM membership ID issued to Irmgard Komgehl of Kreuznach, BdM member number 1322860 of Obergau 12 (Westmark) on 22 December 1934. BdM Führerin Lilli Steger signed the ID which still has the original ID photo and NSDAP HJ dues stamps for 1934, 1935, 1936 and 1937. This 80+ year old BdM ID is accompanied by an official Ergänzung or supplement that had room for transfers, assignments and changes but in this case only contains NSDAP / HJ dues stamps for the years 1938, 1939 through September 1940.

Irmgard Komgehl was born on 18 June 1924 and officially became a member of the Bund Deutscher Mädel in der HJ (League of German Girls of the Hitler Youth) on 1 October 1934 when she was 10-½ years old. The many years of dues stamps indicate she was an active member!

This genuine Third Reich BdM ID with facsimile signature of Reichsjugendfuehrer Baldur von Schirach is in very good used condition, exactly as shown above.
