Lot # 60 - this is the official Nazi postcard produced by Münchener Großveranstaltungen eV. for the Tag der deutschen Kunst (Day of German Art) held in Munich in July 1939, designed by Hermann Kaspar, a friend of Albert Speer.
This original unused 106 x 149 mm Third Reich postcard was never mailed and has a blank back. Very good condition.

Lot # 40 - this striking 100% original Third Reich postcard is number 7 from the series Die Kriegsorden des Grossdeutschen Reiches with art by Bruno Karberg and published by Verlag C. Pahl & Co. of Hamburg. It is the Deutsches Kreuz in Gold (German Cross in Gold) card measuring 105 x 147 mm.
This card was never mailed and has a blank back. Very nice condition exactly as shown right.

Lot #127 - the original Third Reich Verlag Heinrich Hoffmann postcard was for sale at the House of German Art in Munich (HDK 196). The color postcard measures 89 x 139 mm and features a painting by Hans Jacob Mann called Der Heimat ruft (the Homeland Calls). Note the red swastika armband on the uniformed man speaking to the people gathered around the table.
Unused blank back, very good condition.

Lot #170 WMR - right, an original 90 x 140 mm Third Reich photographic postcard of the main entrance to the Wiener Messe, the fair/exhibition building of Vienna. Note the huge swastika banners and flags. This postcard was never mailed but has a green Leipziger Messe stamp on the back which was canceled at the Vienna fair in 1940. Good condition with two spots of glue/album residue on the back.

Lot 304 - this is an original Third Reich 104 x 137 mm Feldpost card produced by Hermann Saran in Stettin for Feldpost-Einheit 07269 (Kommando 20. Infanterie-Division u.
Feldgendarmerie-Trupp 20). The motorized infantry troops in trucks were sketched by Gefreiter Jeddeloh in 1941.
Lot # 32 - this is one of the rarest Nazi postcards produced for the 1938 Reichsparteitag der NSDAP, the last Nazi Party Days held in Nürnberg!
This postcard was designed by Munich artist Hans Friedmann and was published by Photo-Hoffmann, their catalog number 38/14. It features Reichsarbeitsdienst (RAD or State Labor Service) men with their shovels marching by the Haupttribüne or grandstand at the Zeppelin Field on the Nazi Party Day Grounds on the outskirts of Nuremberg.
You can find this same postcard with the stamp and half the cancelation missing on another website today for $840.00!
While our card is not in perfect condition either (see our excellent photos left and below), it does have the original 6+19 Pfennig green Reichsparteitag 1938 postage stamp featuring Adolf Hitler and the complete 35 mm round event cancelation dated 5 September 1938 on the back.
Lot 219 - right, a fairly common 105 x 147 mm Nazi era postcard produced for the Nazi Party Days in Nuremberg. The pre-printed Hitler postage stamp has a fine 35mm round cancelation dated 25 September 1937, the first day of the official state visit of Benito Mussolini to Adolf Hitler in Munich.
Blank back, condition exactly as shown.

Lot # 147 - this is a rare original Third Reich photographic deckle edge postcard of the N.S. Ordensburg Sonthofen, the elite school for future Nazi leaders in southern Bavaria.
The signed, handwritten message on the back dated 23 March 1938 translates as, "In memory of our drive to the Sonthofen Burg", The round SONTHOFEN ORDENSBURG cancelation over the Nazi Winterhilfswerk stamp is also dated 23 March 1938 and has a picture of the Ordensburg in the middle. The 91 x 141 mm Nazi postcard was produced and published by Verlag Heimhuber of Sonthofen-Oberstdorf, and it was their catalog number 9904.

Lot # 237 - the melancholy lyrics of Liebeslied aus Rußland (A Love Song from Russia) contain references to war, noisy days of fighting and quiet nights with time to think about home and longing for a loved one.
The postcard size (100 x 150 mm) piece was clearly produced at the front as it was printed on really thin paper instead of postcard stock.
It was folded by a Nazi soldier who carried it home and we purchased it in the former Großdeutschland.
