This is a very early and very rare piece of Nazi electioneering literature, all very anti-Jewish in tone! We purchased the item many years ago at the Riem Racetrack flea market, east of Munich, Germany from a young man who claimed they came from the Rehse ephemera collection that had been owned by the NSDAP. We can not proof this 98 year old item came from the Rehse NSDAP Archive (shown right for reference, note framed election bulletins on the wall) but anything this old connected in any way to the Nazi Party is very, very rare.

The large piece measures 9-¼ x 13 inches and was printed by the Deutschvölkischer Schutz- und Trutzbund (German Nationalist Protection and Defiance Association) of Ortsgruppe München. The Deutschvölkischer Schutz- und Trutzbund was the largest, most active and influential anti-Semitic political association in Germany in the period just after World War I. Founded in February 1919 in the city of Bamberg for the purpose of "fighting Judaism", it rejected the democratic-parliamentary system of the Weimar Republic. Dietrich Eckart, Leonardo Conti, Julius Streicher, and Bernard Rust were said to be members. After the Bund ceased to exist around 1924 many of its members joined the Nazi Party.

This is a VERY anti-Jewish announcement with demands for the Weimar government: new election rules, doing away with "the Jewish influence" on every day life, the death penalty for profiteers and black market dealings of industrial raw materials and food, the death penalty for people who move their capital abroad and immediate confiscation of remaining assets, the death penalty for people who spread Bolshevist / Jewish propaganda, removal of migrant Jews from the east from Germany, getting rid of "the Jewish influence" in the press. No more in-fighting as a result of Jewish meddling and instigation. According to this bulletin, if the government would fulfill these demands, life would improve for Germans and workers!
