Kampf um Norwegen, Ein Erinnerungsblatt an den Feldzug 1940, is a rare heavily illustrated commemorative magazine about the Nazi battle for Norway in 1940, published by the OKW in Oslo, Norway in 1940 right after the end of the fighting was over.

"Battle for Norway" starts with a full-page Hoffmann photo portrait of Adolf Hitler and the Führerbefehl to his soldiers at the start of the invasion and after its victorious end on 14 June 1940. This is followed by short Tagesbefehle (Orders of the Day) by Generaloberst von Brauchitsch and General von Falkenhorst and official photo portraits of General von Falkenhorst, Admiral Boehm, Generaloberst Stumpff (shown above).
A detailed one-page chronological order of the battle for Norway outlines the progress of the invasion and ends with a casualty list (1317 deaths, 1604 wounded, 2375 missing at sea). The close-up war correspondent photos in this rare Nazi magazine show soldiers marching, fighting and resting, Gebirgsjäger on their way to Narvik and at the arctic circle, Kriegsmarine sailors and a memorial for the Cruiser Blücher, engineers building bridges, the capture of Lillehammer, Nazi paratroopers in action during the battle for Narvik, British POWs, Norwegian prisoners after capitulation, etc. ,etc.
There are maps as well and photos of leaders of the Nazi Army, Navy, Air Force, Mountain Troops and stories about the important role the Luftwaffe and Kriegsmarine played during the invasion. This 10 x 13-¾ inch, 48-page commemorative magazine also contains a list of Ritterkreuzträger or Knights Cross recipients of the battle!
