This is a very nice original example of a Kraftfahrzeugschein or Motor Vehicle Registration document printed on green leinen and issued by the Polizeipräsident of Berlin, Germany on 8 February 1939. The vehicle registered in this document was a Framo delivery truck registered to Friedrich Zach of Ackerstraße 2 in Berlin N4. It was assigned Berlin license plate number 1A 113674.
Although not shown on the registration, this vehicle was no doubt taken over by the German Army in the next year or so for their use.

This sort of automotive title registration document from the Third Reich of Adolf Hitler is becoming very difficult to find.
