The rare 6-1/4 x 8-3/8 inch, linen hardcover book has 138 pages covering the story of famous German Mercedes-Benz racing legend Rudolf Caracciola, his career, racing records, Mercedes-Benz race cars, his thoughts about the sport and the death of fellow racers, and the thrill of winning for Nazi Germany.
This 80 year old hardcover example of the Nazi car racing book RENNEN - SIEG - REKORDE! by Rudolf Caracciola is in very good, little used condition. No odor.
The photos on glossy paper show Caracciola in action, with fellow car racers Tazio Nuvolari, Berndt Rosemeyer, Hermann Lang and Manfred von Brauchitsch and even NSKK Korpsführer Hühnlein, his race cars (including the stealthy 12-cylinder Mercedes-Benz), racing on the Avus in Berlin, Nürburg-Ring and even in Tripoli (Libya).
