This is a rare original Third Reich SA identity document issued to SA-Mann Friedrich “Fritz” Riehn on 1 May 1934. Riehn was born on 27 May 1906 in Munich and was a 27 year old technical salesman when this pink SA Ausweis was issued.

Riehn became a member of the Nazi Party on 1 April 1933 and his NSDAP membership number was 2947536. He joined the SA on 1 November 1933 and was a member of the Hochland Brigade 86, Sturm 4/16L in Munich. This SA-Ausweis is number 385 and still has the original ID photo of Fritz Riehn overstamped with the square SA der NSDAP rubber stamp featuring an eagle and swastika.

This 3-7/8 x 5-1/4 inch, 4-panel pink SA-Ausweis was printed by Verlag Josef Huber of Diessen near Munich. It is 100% original and in nice used condition, exactly as shown
