Schlag Nach! or “Look It Up!” booklets were published in Nazi Germany by the Bibliographisches Institut AG in Leipzig, Germany, to provide Germans with a small but concise overview of social, economic, political, military, historical, press, language, traffic and other aspects of the infrastructure of foreign countries.

The 4-3/4 x 7-1/8 inch, 32 page booklets sold for 50 Reichspfennigs and each contained a large, twice-folded full-color map of the subject country or area.
