WMS:  right, wedding photo of a young Wehrmacht Schütze who had already earned the Iron Cross Second and First Class!

Not only was he a good soldier as evidenced by his medals, but he stepped up and bought the best studio portrait he could get!  This is a contact print from an actual size big studio negative in very good condition.  No writing on the back.

W161:  right, a wedding photo of a Panzerschütze wearing a Panzerkampfabzeichen or Armored Combat Badge and the ribbon for an Iron Cross  2nd Class.  There is a qualification insignia on the sleeve of his tunic but we can't make out the device on it.   The date 4 Aug. 1943 is written on the back in small letters. 

Measures 3-7/8 x 5-1/2 inches, in very nice condition.

W163:  left, the 3-1/2 x 5-1/2 inch wedding photo of a Wehrmacht NCO with a Nazi combat badge on his chest, but since it is partially obscured by the bride's wedding flowers we can not tell what kind it is. 

On the back the bride wrote "In Memory of Our Wedding Day! 1 August 1942" and the name of Photo-Salon Rohringer in Vienna is stamped in the upper right corner.  Very nice condition.
