This is a 11-1/4 inch long, 4-panel announcement printed for the Webinger family which lost three sons serving in the Wehrmacht during World War II.
Ernst Webinger died at on 23 November 1941 on the East Front at age 31. He was a Gefreiter in an Infantry Regiment and the recipient of the Iron Cross 2nd Class.

On 20 October 1942, 33 year old Gustav Webinger died in a field hospital on the East Front. He was an Obergefreiter in an Artillery Regiment and was buried at the German soldier cemetery at Nowi-Gorkij (it is the resting place of approximately 60,000 Germans killed in the battle around Demjansk, and is now called Kriegsgräberstätte Korpowo).

Adolf Webinger died on 3 February 1942 northeast of Orel, a region north of Kursk in Russia. He was an Oberscharführer in an Infantry Regiment and was 21 years old when he died.

This four-panel, 102 x 145 mm (4 x 5-3/8 inch) commemorative memorial announcement was printed for the Webinger parents in faithful memory of their sons who died for Führer und Vaterland. It was printed in Krummau on the Moldau, the beautiful town now called Ceský Krumlov in the south Bohemian region of the Czech Republic.
