The twelve photographic Nazi postcards were never written on or mailed and are still contained in the original 4-3/8 x 6 inch protective folder with the Fried. Krupp Germaniawerft Aktiengesellschaft name and logo on the front. Condition exactly as shown.
Krupp Germaniawerft (Germania Wharf) shipyards at Kiel-Gaarden was where many notable Nazi Kriegsmarine ships and submarines were built during the Third Reich. The old German family business also produced Tiger tanks during the Third Reich and other war materiel.
For sale on this USMBOOKS web page are 12 original black & white Nazi era photographic postcards showing different Nazi naval vessels produced at the Krupp Germaniawerft. The postcards show U-Boot 9, U-Boot 35, escort ships, the cruiser Prinz Eugen, the passenger ship Don Esteban, the 96m sail yacht Hussar (Sea Cloud), a freighter called Heluan, a tanker called the W.B. Walker, a U-Boot Flotilla and the tanker China under construction.
