AN AUTHENTIC

BOARD GAME
CALLED
AUTORENNEN
WIE NOCH NIE

(CAR RACING AS
NEVER BEFORE)
Nazi auto racing board game
Nazi race cars

This is a nice example of an authentic Third Reich board game of the sort played by children of Hitler Youth age. It is called Autorennen wie noch nie - das lustige Knobelspiel (Car Racing As Never Before - the Hilarious Dice Game).

The game is stock number 212 and was manufactured by the company Gräfe. It comes in a chipboard box measuring 1 x 9 x 12 inches with a full-color nicely illustrated board that measures 11-1/2 x 24 inches.

Nazi board game instructions The instructions for play are inside of the top of the lid. It is considerably more complex than it would seem at first glance because of the rules regarding landing on one or more of them twelve special zones.

The game is complete with three original pressed glass BMW sport racers, but is missing the dice which the player rolls to determine how many spaces to move. Any dice can be substituted of course. The small square over the instructions inside the lid in our picture is the original price on the back of the box - 3.20 Reichsmarks or about $1.25 in 1944.

Used but still in great condition.

AUTORENNEN is **SOLD**.
We are happy to ship insured, abroad at additional cost. Please inquire.
