This lot consists of SIXTEEN Nazi era souvenir photos of Reichshauptstadt Berlin, measuring 2-1/4 x 3-5/8 inches. Each has a description of the photo subject on the back in three languages, German, English and French.

Aside from tourist attractions and city landmarks such as the Berlin cathedral and City Palace, Alexanderplatz, the State Theater and French Cathedral, Parliament, Unter den Linden, Berlin University and Victory Column there are also souvenir photos of Albert Speer's New Reichschancellery, the 1936 Olympic Stadium, the exhibition center and Hermann Göring's new Air Ministry finished in 1935.

All pictures are in very good condition, except one. The changing of the guard at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier picture is damaged (see photo left).

Unfortunately, the card stock folder the souvenir photos were sold in during the Third Reich is missing.  This is reflected in the price.
