This is a very nice original Third Reich example of the 4-3/4 x 9-1/2 inch (folds to 3-¼ x 4-3/4 inch) Reichskolonialbund Mitgliedskarte (State Colonial League Membership Card) issued in Berlin on 10 March 1937 to Peter Müller who worked for the Deutsche Arbeitsfront (DAF) in Koblenz.  His membership number was 693 in Gauverband Koblenz-Trier.

The stamped signature at the bottom of the front panel of Müller's ID card is that of Franz Ritter von Epp, the Bundesführer of the Reichskolonialbund.
As you can see in the photo below, Peter Müller paid his membership dues in 1937, 1940 and 1941 as noted by the Wertmarken or RKB stamps glued into his membership card.
