The 1-1/2 x 4-1/4 inch diameter cans are in unusually good condition and contain 98+% of the original contents. The labels are printed directly onto the metal and while they show some wear, they are in generally very good condition. Both were manufactured by Müller & Co - Schwelm-Westfalen, Germany during World War II.
The tan Lederfett inside the cans has the unmistakably authentic smell of World War II German boots, saddles, belts, holsters and other leather fieldgear that was kept soft and serviceable with it!
The 1940 can with the eagle and swastika on top (red label, above left) is **SOLD**.
The 1942 can with the swastika in a sunburst on top (orange label, above right) is ** SOLD **
