This lot consists of three original 6 x 8-1/4 inch special watermarked letters from Reichsrundfunk Berlin, Reichssender Leipzig (State Radio Berlin, Broadcast Station Leipzig) dated 19 January 1938, 7 February 1938, and 12 February 1938 to Professor Dr. Ernst Hermann in Wien (Vienna, the second largest city in Hitler’s Greater Germany) who had provided the broadcaster with a broadcast manuscript of 260 typed pages bearing the title Osterbräuche in den Alpen (Easter Customs in the Alps).
A rare opportunity to acquire authentic original correspondence (all with Heil Hitler! sign-offs), between Nazi Germany’s State Radio and a Professor who wrote programs for broadcast.
