Schematische Darstellungen zur Feldverwaltungsvorschrift (Schematic Representations of Field Administration Regulations) was written by Stabszahlmeister (Staff Paymaster) Karlheinz Röstermundt of the German Army Administration School in Munich. This is an Expanded Second Edition dated April 1944 with 80 pages and 7 long fold out tables. It is a very rare and interesting publication showing the logistics involved in having Wehrmacht troops spread out over the European continent.

In the introduction Röstermundt explains that this manuscript is a result of requests by "comrades in the field" for further clarification of existing material. Schematics and tables are used to further explain the text and the April 1944 book also includes updates of changes in pay.

Subjects covered are:
- Cash and pay for replacement army troops, safety of money transports and receipts.
- Money supply for armies in the field and in German occupied territories and the Generalgouvernement.
- Management of troop household funds in wartime with sub-chapters dealing with different
     areas where Wehrmacht forces were active (for example France and the East Front).
- Paying suppliers in the field and cash settlements.
- Month-end accounting in the field.
- The administrative differences for food, materials, soap, household items.
- Managing funds of troops in the field, paying for their supplies from local sources and
     army supply sources.
- Covering unexpected losses, such as supplies that did not arrive due to destruction of the supply train.
- Travel expenses related to purchasing supplies.
- Feldpost payments (in and outgoing) .

This original 78 year old Schematische Darstellungen zur Feldverwaltungsvorschrift is complete and in very nice used condition. The seven fold out tables are crisp and it looks like they were never unfolded during World War II. No handwritten notes, no tears, no odor. Very rare, we have never seen another one!

The information is in-depth and also contains interesting details about pay for POWs, paying for the building of wooden barracks at or near the front, accounting for material purchased in liberated areas in the west, etc.
