The Deutsch-Italienische Ausstellung Junger Kunst (German-Italian Exhibition of Youth Art) took place at the same time as the Studenten-Weltspiele, the International University Games in Wien (Vienna, the second largest city in Hitler's Greater Germany). The exhibition of Nazi and Fascist Art was organized by the Cultural Office of the German Students' League under the patronage of Reichsminister Dr. Joseph Goebbels.
The book starts with photo portraits of Adolf Hitler and Benito Mussolini, Dr. Joseph Goebbels, the Secretary of the Italian Fascist student organization GUF Poli and a foreword by Reichsstudentenführer Dr. Gustav Adolf Scheel, the head of the National Socialist German Students' League and the German Student Union.
Walter Balon was in charge of the exhibition and wrote the introduction in which he pointed out the many similarities between the German and Italian student organizations and their goals. This is followed by the list of Italian and German sculptures, frescoes, illustrations, paintings and architectural designs entered in the exhibition.
This index is followed by photos of an excellent selection of the works of the Deutsch-Italienische Ausstellung Junger Kunst.

In the back of the exhibition catalog are maps of Nazi Germany and Italy as well as a floor plan of the museum. Printed in Vienna, this 6 x 8-¼ inch, 90 page Deutsch-Italienische Ausstellung Junger Kunst catalog is in very nice used condition.
