Deutscher Bilderdienst October 1937 Benito Mussolini in Deutschland   Deutscher Bilderdienst October 1935 Reichsparteitag der Freiheit
Deutscher Bilderdienst für die Schule (German Picture Service for Schools) is a 12 x 15-¾ inch heavily illustrated monthly rotogravure magazine published by the Reichswaltung der NS-Lehrerbund (NSLB or National Socialist Teachers League). It originated at the NSLB Department of Economy and Law, and Schulrat Hans Mambar was the editor.

Each oversized magazine has 16 pages with mostly full-page and half-page photos and their proper captions. Many of the pages are big double-page spreads (15-¾ x 24 inches in size!) which we suspect were meant to be used as classroom posters or teaching material for Nazi teachers. Some of the pages have been detached from their opposite side along the vertical fold.
