This is a 100% original cover letter dated 6 March 1941 that originated at the SS Personalhauptamt in Berlin and in March 1941, which accompanied a free copy of the controversial SS publication Sieg der Waffen - Sieg des Kindes sent to all SS Leaders by order of Reichsführer-SS Heinrich Himmler.

In this cover letter SS-Gruppenführer Schmitz, Head of the SS-Personalhauptamt, passed on the Reichsführer's request that the SS-Führers who received the book 'study it with great commitment'.

Sieg der Waffen - Sieg des Kindes was the outline for the Hitler/Himmler concept of repopulating Germany with racially select children of SS and Police men of proven aryan lineage, while preventing mentally and racially undesirable people from bearing children. It presented the central principles of SS reproductive theory and law in a direct way unlike anything ever printed.
