This is a very rare original example of the 6-1/4 x 9-1/2 inch, 96 page 1939 Third Reich German RWS Sinoxid full-line ammunition catalog as circulated in Germany in the year that World War II began. Every page of this marvelous well-illustrated catalog is printed in two colors, black on a yellow-tan background.
Virtually every page has fine quality illustrations on it advertising pistol bullets, slaughterhouse bullets, Flobert bullets, .22 bullets of all kinds, rifle ammunition, practice ammunition, jacketed slugs, shotgun ammunition, primers, airgun ammunition, shot, empty brass, percusion caps, a shell-shaped cigarette lighters, books, etc., etc. Every item is priced in German Reichsmarks which had an exchange rate of about .40 to the dollar at that time.
There are also several pages which give the results of shooting competitions such as the SA-Schiessmeisterschaft, the NS-Kampfspiele, Meisterschaft von Deutschland, Meisterschaft von Schweden, Meisterschaft von Belgium and other records broken by RWS Sinoxid ammunition shooters.
This 1939 German language, German edition of the catalog is invaluable to anyone interested in ammunition in general, German ammunition of the Third Reich, German ammunition of World War II, Nazi ammunition, etc., etc. We can't imagine where you'd find another one! This 73 year old example is in good used condition. The front and rear covers are slightly damaged from bending and the spine has been retaped but the internal content is complete and in nice used condition.
