Dramatiker der HJ (Playwrights of the Hitler Youth) is a rare, heavily illustrated special publication produced for the Theater Week of the Hitler Youth held from 11 - 18 April 1937. This very limited edition of 3000 was produced in cooperation with Reichsjugendführung (HJ Leadership) and the City Theater of Bochum.

The two patrons of the event were HJ Leader Baldur von Schirach and Reichsminister Dr. Joseph Goebbels, and both men wrote forewords that are accompanied by excellent full-page portrait photos of them.

The Lord Mayor of Bochum, Dr. Otto Piclum and the Head of the RKK Reichstheaterkammer, Dr. Rainer Schlösser, are also pictured next to their entries. There is also a poem and chapter written by early Nazi Party member, well-known Nazi Propaganda Ministry theater critic Eberhard Wolfgang Möller (shown left) who was the German author who wrote the screenplay for the anti-Semitic film Jud Süss, and many other anti-Jewish works.

This 8-7/8 x 11-1/4 inch, 40-page limited edition Hitler Youth publication is printed on glossy, high-quality paper and contains additional chapters and photos of many other people involved with the 1937 Theater Week of the Hitler Youth, as well as information about plays performed and actors.
