This is a very nice example of the 10-1/2 x 14-1/2 inch, 36 page magazine Signal, issue 14 of the year 1944. The front cover features a full-color photo of the lapel of a Nazi Panzer wrap with an Ehrenblatt-Spange on an Iron Cross ribbon below the Totenkopf collar tab.
Feature articles show the Luftwaffe bombing of England, American gliders in a field in Normandy, a midget submarine pilot, the German Fallschirmjaeger battle for Cassino, Iron Cross winner Hanna Reitsch and her mother, operations performed under Allied bombing.
This 1944 issue of Signal contains spectacular advertising.
