This is a very finely die-struck bronze medallion about 2-¾ inches in diameter featuring a relief view of the automotive manufacturing plant in the city of Steyr, beneath two logos on shields above the words STEYR - DAIMLER - PUCH A.G. As you can see in the reference photo of a Steyr ad of the World War II period left, this company manufactured a wide variety of on and off-road vehicles for the German Wehrmacht, as well as weapons and other armaments.

The medallion is undated but is marked on the edge below the M in Daimler with the word BRONZE, and above the AI in Daimler with the name of the artist, J. Prinz. Very fine, unused condition with an excellent old patina all around.
