This is a wonderful 13-1/2 x 18 inch, two-sided, multi-color map of München (Munich), the Capital of the Nazi Movement, as sponsored by famous SA, SS, HJ and BdM uniform maker, Loden-Frey.
Loden-Frey is still in business in München, manufacturing high quality wool coats. When this map was printed some time after 1937, their business was heavily NSDAP paramilitary uniforms for the Schutzstaffeln (SS or Protective Squads), Sturmabteilung (SA or Storm Detachments), Hitler Jugend (HJ or Hitler Youth), the Bund deutscher Mädel (BdM or League of German Girls), etc., as evidenced by the period advertisement above.

The map is contained in a 4-1/2 x 7 inch Loden Frey folder. The map side is very detailed, covering only the important center of the city. All of the old sights are depicted and special red numbers point out Nazi sights such as the Ehrentempel for the martyrs of the "Beer Hall Putsch" that started at the Bürgerbräukeller on Rosenheimerstraße, the Feldherrnhalle on the Odeonsplatz where the Putsch ended, the Nazi Party's Braunes Haus, and Adolf Hitler's House of German Art..  The factory and showrooms of Loden-Frey in München are also marked on the map, and if you look carefully on the picture below, you will see that even a Synagoge is still shown on this rare, historic map!
