This is a nice original example of the very heavily illustrated mid-war 4 x 5-3/4 inch, 112 page softcover book ,,Unsere Kriegsschiffe und ihre Waffen’’ (Our War Ships and Their Weapons) as published at the direction of the Oberkommando der Kriegsmarine by Dr. Spohr Verlag in Dresden.

The Third Reich pocket-size book has a full-color cover. Inside, there are portraits of the Grand Admirals Raeder and Dönitz followed by a general review of naval insignia, naval ships from battleships to patrol boats and submarines, torpedoes, mines, depth charges, ballistics, and naval qualification badges (nine including the Narvik badge).
