Ideale Schönheit or Ideal Beauty is an original high-quality hard cover Third Reich art folio with gilt lettering on the cover, published by Verlag "Geist und Schönheit" in Dresden, Germany in 1940. It contains 16 beautiful black & white pictures of nude women made from photos and tipped on to embossed cards. The photos in the folio are reproduced from prints by photographers such as A. Binder, Dr. Hans, Rich. Heinz, Reinhold Leßmann, G. Riebiecke, Werner Schmolke, G. L. Weber, Foto-Wog and A. Zais.

This 12 x 15-¾ inch folio also contains a statement regarding the beauty of the naked body by renowned German architect, Paul Schultze-Naumburg, author of the well-known Nazi book Kunst und Rasse (Art and Race).

Complete and in very good used condition.
