HEINKEL AIRCRAFT CALENDAR
The first of these original Nazi wall calendars is an excellent example of the 67+ year old huge 13-1/4 x 19-1/4 inch, 52 page Heinkel aircraft calendar for the year 1940.
This calendar is beautifully printed in black & white on substantial art paper. Each calendar page contains a calendar covering one week of the year beneath a large photograph of a Heinkel Flugzeug on the ground or in flight, or of some aspect of the manufacturing, maintenance or political circumstances in Germany involving those World War II Nazi aircraft.
Aircraft shown include the He112, He114, He111, He115, He60, He45, He59, etc. Perhaps the most poignant of the photos is one of the Heinkel 111 flying over the Cathedral in Burgos, Spain. Other photos show relative close-ups of Nazi pilots, ground crews, weapons, equipment and high ranking Nazis, like Adolf Hitler. Many photos of the Condor Legion and of the Heinkel factories in Rostock and Oranienburg.
Naturally, nearly all the calendars Heinkel produced in 1940 were used up. The perforated calendar pages were torn off when they no longer applied. The pictures themselves ended up in picture frames, in wall lockers and photo albums. Very few calendars survived in complete condition. This calendar is complete and in very good original condition. The cover sheet is scotch taped to the header of the calendar. Have you ever seen a 1940 Boeing calendar?

The second of these original Nazi wall calendars is an excellent example of the 66+ year old huge 11-3/4 x 15-1/2 inch, 52 page Heinkel aircraft calendar for the year 1941. This calendar is beautifully printed in black & white on substantial art paper. Each calendar page contains a calendar covering one week of the year beneath a large photograph of a Heinkel plane on the ground or in flight, or of some aspect of the manufacturing, maintenance or political circumstances in Germany involving those World War II Nazi aircraft.
Aircraft shown include the He113, He 114, He111, He 116, He115, He60, He59, etc. Perhaps the most poignant of the photos is one of the Heinkel 111 flying over the Sacre Coeur Cathedral in Paris. Other photos show relative close-ups of Nazi pilots, ground crews, weapons, equipment and high ranking Nazis (Nazi Air Minister and World War I flying ace Hermann Göring, Ernst Heinkel, Italian Foreign Minister and pilot Count Ciano and others).
