This splendid 9 x 11-3/4 inch 27 page cigarette card album was produced by the Hans Neuerburg Tobacco Company of Köln (Cologne), Germany and provides a very comprehensive examination of the folk costumes of Germany on a region by region basis.

There are five full-page, full-color regional maps of German provinces (Southern Germany, the Rhineland, Lower Saxony and Westfalen, Middle Germany and Eastern Germany) followed by spectacular full-color 1-1/2 x 2-1/4 inch cards showing the local male and female folk costumes in detail.

This book is in nice condition with two exceptions: the back cover is missing and so are 41 of the 198 color cigarette cards. The good news is that 157 of the pictures and all of the text is there. We provide a special price because the album is incomplete.
